Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close-out visits
• Ensure trial sites comply with protocol, GCP, and regulatory requirements
• Track and manage CRFs, source data, and query resolution
• Train and support site staff on trial protocols and data entry
• Prepare visit reports and maintain trial documentation
• Collaborate with project managers and cross-functional teams for study delivery
• Assist in regulatory submissions, ethics approvals, and audit readiness
Qualifications & Skills:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or related field
• 1–3 years of clinical research experience
• Knowledge of ICH-GCP, regulatory and ethical guidelines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail, problem-solving attitude, and time management
• Proficiency in clinical trial systems and documentation
• Willingness to travel and manage multiple sites independently
