Role Overview

We are seeking a motivated developer with a background in life sciences (M.Sc in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, or Organic Chemistry) who has strong foundational skills in Angular and Node.js. The role supports our scientific and research efforts by developing interactive tools and applications that enable biological data visualization and analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frontend components using Angular (2+).
• Build and manage backend services and APIs using Node.js.
• Collaborate with scientists to build internal tools that support research workflows.
• Ensure performance, responsiveness, and clean code practices in application development.
• Maintain documentation and version control (Git).
• Continuously learn and adapt to evolving tech and scientific needs.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Angular (2+) for building responsive user interfaces.
• Experience with Node.js for backend development and API integration.
• Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
• Ability to work with Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Strong interest in applying coding skills to scientific or biological domains.
• Good problem-solving and communication skills.

Education: M.Sc in Bioinformatics, Biochemistry, Organic Chemistry, or related life sciences field.
