Essential Qualifications: M.Sc. in Microbiology (or) equivalent degree.
Desirable Qualities for the position of Junior Research Fellow
- Experience in structural biology/bioinformatics, docking, and molecular dynamics will be preferred.
- Experience in isolation and culture of pathogenic bacteria such as Mycobacterium and Pseudomonas will be preferred.
- Experience in performing Molecular Biology procedures such as PCR, plasmid isolation, cloning, and TLC will be preferred.
Fellowship Details
I. Rs. 31,000/- + 8% HRA per month based on valid CSIR / UGC-JRF / NET / GATE / Qualified
National Level Test conducted by Central Govt. Departments and their agencies.II. Rs. 25,000/- + 8% HRA per month. (For others who do not fall under (I) above)
Tenure for Junior Research Fellow
The position is temporary for two months and renewable, subject to satisfactory performance. The position is co-terminus with the project.
