Job Summary:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Bioanalytical Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting bioanalytical testing, method development, and validation of pharmaceutical compounds in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform bioanalytical method development, validation, and sample analysis using LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and other analytical techniques.
- Analyze biological samples (plasma, serum, urine, etc.) for drug/metabolite quantification.
- Maintain and calibrate analytical instruments and ensure compliance with GLP, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
- Document experimental data, prepare study reports, and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Participate in troubleshooting analytical challenges and optimizing methodologies.
- Follow SOPs, regulatory guidelines (USFDA, EMEA, ICH), and company quality policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including R&D, Quality Control, and Regulatory Affairs.
- Assist in audits and inspections by regulatory agencies as needed.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: B.Sc./M.Sc. in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or related field OR B.Pharm./M.Pharm.
Experience: 0-4 years of experience in a bioanalytical laboratory (freshers can also apply).
Technical Skills:
- Hands-on experience with LC-MS/MS, HPLC, and other analytical techniques.
- Understanding of bioanalytical method development and validation principles.
- Knowledge of GLP, GCP, ICH, and regulatory guidelines is preferred.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good documentation and report-writing skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
