Job Opening: Executive – UpStream Process (R&D)

About the job

Role Highlights:

• Execution of activities of Upstream Process

Skills Required

•  Cell Banking, Fermentation, Process development, QBD, GLP, basic techniques of protein purification & In-process quality control techniques & aseptic handling, ALCOA+

• Hands-on experience with bioreactor operations, cell culture, and microbial fermentation technologies.

• Knowledge of process optimization, scale-up techniques, and process validation.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Execution of microbial fermentation.
• Execution of Tangential flow filtration (TFF), buffer preparation, and sterile filtration.
• Execution of scale-up & scale-down experiments for Manufacturing Science & Technology.
• To ensure timely completion of all the projects assigned, experiment design, planning, and execution of experiments.
• Interdepartmental coordination with DQA, DQC, Animal House, engineering & warehouse.
• Literature, research paper review, and its implementation.
• Preparation of process development report, process consistency report, SOPs, BPRs, protocol report, and other documents required for R&D related activities.

Qualifications

M.Sc/ M.Tech Biotechnology

Experience: 03 – 05 years in vaccine R&D in Upstream Process
