Position Details for Project-JRF Position at RCB
- Project Title: Identification of Small Molecule Inhibitors of SARS-CoV-2 Non-Structural Protein 1 (NSP1)
- Location: Regional Centre for Biotechnology, Faridabad
- Duration: Initially for 1 year, extendable based on performance
- Age Limit: Maximum 30 years as of 31st March 2025
- Fellowship: Rs. 31,000/- + 24% HRA per month
- Number of Positions: 1
Qualifications & Requirements
Essential Qualifications:
- M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with NET/DBT-JRF/GATE or equivalent qualification
- Research experience in protein expression and purification
- Minimum 60% marks in Master’s or equivalent degree
Desirable Qualifications:
- Structure-based drug design and molecular modeling
- Strong communication skills and motivation for research
