About the Job:
Are you passionate about leading a team and providing exceptional support in Flow Cytometry applications? This role involves managing a team of 5 Application Specialists, ensuring high customer satisfaction, promoting solutions, and collaborating with various departments to achieve financial targets.
Responsibilities:
- Achieve high customer satisfaction through timely support
- Promote reagent, hardware, and software solutions
- Collaborate with different teams to meet financial targets
- Generate reports as per defined KPIs
- Maintain resources and training for the team
- Build relationships with customers and decision-makers
- Coordinate escalations with service and tech support
The required qualifications for the job include:
- Deep understanding of immunology or hematology or research applications
- B. Tech/ B. Pharma with 5+ years experience / M. Sc in life science with 3+ yrs experience in Flow Cytometry or
- 3 years on a Beckman or other analyzer flow Cytometry platform.
- Experience in managing team for at least 2+ years
Location: Bangalore
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- Two or more flow cytometry-focused publications.
