Overview
The Clinical Trial Transparency Lead at GSK is responsible for overseeing the end-to-end data transparency and disclosure processes for worldwide Human Subject Research (HSR) projects. The role involves ensuring compliance with disclosure regulations, managing the delivery of clinical trial documents to external registers, and driving continuous improvement in transparency practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and enhancement of clinical disclosures and data sharing processes.
- Act as the primary contact for project teams and matrix teams regarding Clinical Trial Transparency activities.
- Assess trials for disclosure requirements, guide study teams, and ensure timely and accurate disclosure of studies.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to maintain quality standards.
- Monitor output quality, oversee workload distribution, and establish effective communication channels.
- Stay updated on transparency regulations, identify business risks, and propose mitigation strategies.
Role Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a master’s degree in Life Sciences, 6-10 years of Clinical Trial Transparency experience, and solid knowledge of transparency regulations. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills are crucial for success in this role.
