SCIENTIST/SR. SCIENTIST – ANTIBODY ENGINEERING

DESIRED PROFILE

• M.Sc./M.Tech with 8-14 yrs. experience (OR) Ph.D. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology with 1-6 yrs. relevant experience.
• Should have experience in Protein/Antibody Purification techniques (Affinity, Ion Exchange, HIC, SEC, TFF, Bioanalytical methods in HPLC, understanding of formulation of antibody).

LOCATION: Bangalore

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Expertise in Purification of novel mAbs, Bi-/tri-specific antibodies.
• Should have experience in detailed physical/chemical characterization.
• Should have experience in developing and executing bio-analytical characterization methods (SEC-HPLC, SDS-PAGE, Western Blot, Protein Quantification, HIC, SEC, Glycan, RP, etc.).
• Strong HPLC experience – able to program, operate, and troubleshoot purification experiments using AKTA platforms.
• Should have experience in intact mass and glycan profiling; formulations of novel antibodies.
• Should design and execute experiments to optimize and enhance antibody production using mammalian expression platforms.
• Should be able to conceptualize and design experiments, develop assays, optimize protocols, and interpret experimental results.
• Should generate good quality data consistently and promptly update it in LNB and database.
