YOUR ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
Job Description:
Technical Executive to manage activities within a designated region. Candidate will provide technical support to customers, develop, and implement sales strategies, and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical expertise to customers on enzyme and ingredient applications.
- Conduct product demonstrations, trials, and presentations.
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor activity, and industry developments.
- Support product development and formulation.
- Troubleshoot customer issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and reports.
YOUR PROFILE
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in food technology, Biotechnology, Enzyme Technology, or related field, preferably from Starch Processing application.
- 2-5 years of experience in a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of enzymes, ingredients, and food processing.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel extensively and at short notice.
- Proficient in MS Office.
Desirable Skills:
- Experience in Technical service, Food process manufacturing, quality analysis, or Technical sales, preferably in starch processing industry.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements.
- Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and food safety standards.
