Applications are invited for a walk-in interview for the post of “Junior Research Fellow (JRF)” position in a DBT funded project in the Dept. of Zoology, University of Calcutta, 35, Ballygunge Circular Road, Kolkata-700025. This position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the project mentioned above.

Principal Investigator: Prof. Madhusudan Das

Essential Qualification:

Candidates should possess a postgraduate degree in Zoology/Life Sciences or related fields, securing at least 55% marks (50% for SC/ST/OBC/PwD categories) with CSIR-UGC/ICMR/DBT National Eligibility Test (NET-LS) qualification.

Age Limit: 28 years

Salary: Rs. 37,000 + 24% HRA as per the DBT rules
