Online applications are invited from eligible candidates for appointment to the following posts in Low Level Radiation Research Laboratory (LLRRL), BARC, Kollam, Kerala.

1. AGE LIMIT AND EMOLUMENTS:

• Plus allowances as admissible under Central Government Rules.
• Note: Only Date of Birth indicated in S.S.C. Mark sheet /Birth Certificate or equivalent certificate will be accepted as proof for date of birth & no subsequent request for change will be considered or granted.

2. NATURE OF DUTIES:

Laboratory work, Field work for blood sample collection, Health Audit and Radiation Dosimetry, etc.

3. SELECTION PROCEDURE:

Selection will be on the basis of performance in personal interview. In case the response is more, this Research Centre reserves the right to restrict the number of candidates to be called for interview by conducting screening test of the eligible candidates. The decision of the Research Centre will be final and binding in this regard. Screening Test/ Interview will be conducted in Mumbai only.

5. HOW TO APPLY:

1. Only Online Applications will be accepted.
2. The facility of online application will be open from 15/07/2024 to 12/08/2024.
3. For online submission of application, please visit the website recruit.barc.gov.in. Candidates are advised to read instructions carefully given on home page of the website by clicking the option “How to apply”.
4. Candidates are advised to submit the online application much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date to avoid the possibility of disconnection/ inability or failure to login to the website on account of heavy load on the website during the closing days.
5. Candidates should read the instructions in the advertisement and online application form carefully before making any entry or selecting any option.
6. Candidates who have not acquired the mandatory/requisite educational qualification as on the closing date for receipt of online application need not apply. No correspondence or clarification will be entertained on this matter.
7. Before filling application form, candidates should keep ready the necessary documents/certificates required. Candidates are required to fill up personal details and details of post applied for etc. and upload recently taken front facing passport size photograph with proper plain background.
8. Candidates are required to have a valid email ID and mobile number which should be kept active throughout the currency of this recruitment. Candidates are required to download the Admit Card from the website of BARC. No correspondence will be sent through post/courier.
9. The candidate must ensure that their photograph and signature is clearly visible in preview at the time of filling of application in online mode.
10. Before clicking the submit button, the candidates are advised to check all the details filled in are correct. Candidate may also ensure that name, date of birth, etc. are entered correctly in the application form as per Secondary School Certificate (SSC). Any incorrect information may disqualify candidature. After final submission of application no request for change/correction in any of the information in the application form shall be entertained under any circumstances.
11. After submitting the online application form, candidates are required to take print/save copy of the online application form and preserve it till the document verification/all the selection process completes.

Application Fee:

1. Application Fee – ₹150/- (Rupees One Hundred Fifty only)
2. Mode of payment of the Application Fee is through Online.
3. Fee is exempted for candidates belonging to SC, ST, PWD and Women category.
4. The Application number will be generated after the submission of the application. Applicant is required to make the online payment of the application fee after submission of application. Fee NOT paid on or before the last date of receipt of online application will be treated as incomplete application and hence will be rejected.
5. For payment of fee, candidates should click on the ‘Make Payment’ option under the ‘My Account’ menu. The Application number generated while submission of application can be selected from the Drop-down box and on clicking the ‘submit’ button candidates can go to the next pages for making the online payment.
6. Detailed guidelines for payment of application fee is available under the menu “Job Application → How to Pay App. Fee”.
7. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances and cannot be held in reserve for any other recruitment.
8. Application fee should be paid on or before the closing date of receipt of online applications.
