.Associate Manager – Scientific Writing
Job Summary:
- Develop and review content for various scientific communication deliverables like slide kits, newsletters, brochures, clinical trial summaries, ensuring quality and meeting client satisfaction metrics.
- Make decisions on information presentation based on the target audience.
- Conduct literature searches on various databases and analyze retrieved data.
- Participate in client calls as needed.
- Collaborate with clients to determine the best approaches for content presentation.
- Understand client requirements and ensure internally developed content meets scientific and grammatical accuracy.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of quality content.
- Adhere to department best practices in processes, communication, project management, and technical requirements.
- Mentor junior staff to enhance writing skills.
- Participate in training programs and assignments as required.
- Maintain compliance with quality, confidentiality, and security standards.
Desired Skills:
- 7 to 10 years of experience in pharmaceutical companies or clinical research.
- Understanding of a specialty area of medicine preferred.
- Strong passion for writing.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Networking skills.
- Up-to-date with latest technical/scientific developments.
Education Qualification:
M. Pharm/ Pharm. D/ BDS / MDS/Ph.D./ Any life science graduate
