Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare samples for sequencing workflows
• Process patient-derived biological samples
• Assist in experimental workflows, including:
  • Bulk RNA Sequencing
  • Whole Exome Sequencing (WES)
  • Whole Genome Sequencing (WGS)
• Perform basic data handling and gain exposure to multi-omics data analysis

Required Skills & Interests

• Fundamental knowledge of molecular biology techniques
• Interest in handling clinical or patient-derived samples
• Strong enthusiasm for multi-omics data analysis
• Prior experience in bioinformatics is an advantage but not mandatory
