Position: Sales Support

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 1-3 years

Qualification: Masters in Life Science, Biotechnology

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare quotations and file tenders. Should have good GeM knowledge.
• Manage and organize sales-related documentation, such as contracts, proposals, and invoices.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
• Coordinate meetings, conference calls, and appointments.
• Maintain tender and quotation data.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, ensuring timely and professional responses.
• Support the sales team in maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
