Dry Lab: Molecular Scientist/Genome Analyst (Jr.)
- Must have 3+ expeience in Oncogenomics
- Expertise and thorough knowledge in Analysis and Interpretation in Oncogenomics
- Experience in Illumina and Ion torrent
- Thorough understanding of various pipelines and knowledge various guidelines ACMG/AMP/ NCCN
- Quality Assurance: CAP and NABL
Post 2)
Wet Lab: Senior Executive / Executive with strong NGS background
- Must have 3+ experience
- Expertise and through knowledge in Wet lab protocols: Oncogenomics
- Must have hands on for Illumina and Ion torrent platforms
- Must have hands on with Isolations: DNA+RNA+cfDNA
- Must have hands on to handle Blood, bone marrow, liquid biopsies, FFPE, etc. specimens
- Must have strong knowledge for monitoring, troubleshooting the experiments
- Quality Assurance: CAP and NABL
- Inventory Management
