Education: MSc. (Microbiology/Biotechnology), M Tech Biotechnology
Experience: 2-3 years in process development for Probiotics
Responsibilities:
- Experience in Handling and Operating lab-scale fermenters
- Hands-on experience in developing downstream processes for probiotics
- Sound knowledge of selecting suitable cryoprotectants and fillers for the downstream process of Probiotics
- Experience in encapsulation and extrusion technology
- Experience in handling Lyophilizer, Spray drier, and VTD
- Designing of Experiments, Planning, execution of experiments at lab Scale and Data analysis
- Scale up and technology transfer to pilot and commercial scale
- Preparation of SOPs, Batch Protocols, and Documentation
- Procuring lab chemicals, consumables, and Raw material
- Ability to work extensively with cross-functional teams
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
