As part of our expanding team, we are currently hiring for the position of Executive / Sr. Executive in our Quality Control department.
Position: Executive / Sr. Executive
Qualification: B. Tech/ MTech/ M.Sc (Lifesciences)
Experience: 3 to 5 years
Job Description:
- Testing of vaccine and antisera in-process, finished product, and stability samples
- Estimation of protein content by Kjeldhal/BCA methods
- Analysis of samples using electrophoretic (SDS PAGE), different biochemical techniques, and instruments such as UV and HPLC system
- Preparation of SOPs, Protocols, and participation in method validation activities
- Maintenance of the laboratory as per GMP/GLP requirements
- Preparation/calibration of in-house standards and maintenance of monthly stock of reagents and standards
- Knowledge of QMS and experience in using QC tools like LIMS
