What you’ll do:
- Lead and support business in the region, including various downstream hardware and resin products.
- Develop opportunities for modality solutions in the assigned sales region/territory and establish long-lasting customer relationships.
- Contribute information to sales strategies and account plans as part of the regional team.
- Provide high-level technical expertise during pre-sales discussions, instrument demonstrations/trials, customer training, post-sales support, seminars, tenders/quotes, and promotional events.
- Lead technical and process-related discussions with customers and provide application support, including troubleshooting and consultation.
- Build a strong internal network to drive maximum synergy and customer satisfaction across the business.
- Work effectively with internal functions, including the account management team, other sales specialists, service engineers, product management, marketing, finance, legal, scientific support, service sales, and customer service.
Who you are:
- B. Tech. / M. Tech. – Biotechnology / Biochemistry / Process Engineering.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Biologics manufacturing downstream processing.
- Manufacturing experience preferably from Downstream processes.
- Chromatography process and Resin/Column packing – key skill.
- 2/3 years Sales/Applications specialist experience, preferably in the Biotechnology industry.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving approach.
- Team player attitude.
