The DBT-Institute for Stem Cell Science and Regenerative Medicine (DBT-inStem) is inviting applications for the position of Project/Research Assistant in the laboratory of Dr. Srinivasarao Repudi, Scientist – E at DBT inStem.

Position Details
Post: Project/Research Assistant – 02
Qualifications: Students having a minimum of 60% marks in B.Tech, M.Sc in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Stem Cell Biology, and Neurobiology/Neuroscience are eligible to apply. Prior research experience in Biochemistry, Cell & Molecular Biology, and Neurobiology is preferred.
Job Responsibilities
The project focuses on understanding neuron and glia development and their cross talk in brain development and disease. The selected candidates will work with primary cultures and human brain organoids to study neurodevelopmental defects associated with single gene mutations.
Pay Scale: As per Govt. norms based on experience and qualification
Age Limit: Below 30 years as on 16/10/2023
Tenure: Contractual appointment for one year, renewable based on requirement and review of progress.
