Job Description
LabCorp is seeking a Reporting Associate I to join our team in Bangalore, India. The Reporting Associate I will be responsible for drafting and finalizing nonclinical study reports with limited supervision. This role also involves communication with clients, managing study schedules, and preparing data tables. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail, excellent time management and organizational skills, and a willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Learns to and reviews written contact with clients.
- Prepares form letters and communication text.
- Assists other client-facing staff with organizing client site visits and calls.
- Uses software tools to efficiently complete job duties.
- Manages full study workload by adhering to report preparation schedules and prioritizing tasks.
- Performs peer reviews, prepares presentations, and participates in process improvement projects.
- Prepares study reports according to protocol and client-specific requirements.
- Prints, binds, and mails draft and final study documents.
- Addresses quality assurance inspection items on GLP-regulated studies.
- Prepares report amendments and assists in tabulated summaries.
- Prepares and quality checks data tables.
- Reviews and adjusts reporting schedule to meet client expectations.
- Schedules and coordinates study report finalization efforts.
Experience and Education
- 0 – 1 years of experience.
- Professional writing or data tabulation experience in pharmaceutical research or life sciences is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of office software (Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel; Adobe Acrobat).
- Master’s in Pharmacy or any other life sciences will be required.
