Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Product Development Manager. The New Product Development Manager will be responsible for researching and developing new food products, managing projects related to new product development, and overseeing the food technology and food science for new products.
Qualifications
- Research and Development (R&D) skills
- Strong understanding of Food Technology and Food Science
- Project Management skills
- Experience in the Food Industry
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and team management skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field
- Experience in developing and launching successful food products is a plus
- Master’s degree in Food Science or a related field is a plus
