Job Summary

We are seeking an Account Manager for our Microbial solutions division at Mumbai and New Delhi.

Roles and Responsibilities:

The Business Development Executive / Account Manager

 would be required to introduce the Microbial product line to target customers and interface with the customers through more of commercial and technical support both on-site as well as off-site. Will be responsible for the Business Development of innovative Microbial Solutions portfolio focused on rapid microbiological products to major accounts in the Telangana and Andhra Pradesh regions of India. Will be expected to maintain existing accounts and further maximize opportunities within the established territory through market research and sales activities. Will be responsible for achieving the targets for the assigned products and services.

Required Candidate Profile/ Desired Candidate Profile:

The following are the minimum requirements related to the Account Manager position.

  • Education: Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Microbiology, Biotechnology / Bio-Chemistry / Biology / Life Science
  • Experience: 0 to 5 years experience / Freshers are welcome
  • Salary Range: INR 3 to 5 Lakhs per annum
  • Must possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficient in the use of standard office computer applications (word processing, spreadsheets, presentations, e-mail).
  • This position requires travel
  • Candidates must have a fairly good technical background as this profile would be techno-commercial in nature.
  • Must possess excellent communication skills
  • Must possess a positive attitude and a team player.

We’re seeking a self-motivated person who can operate with minimal oversight and can drive results within their respective regions. As an Account Manager, you will be seen as an official representative of Charles River and will be an integral part of the success of the organization.
