About the role
The Process Quality Lead will be required to work closely with Production Team, to resolve
non-conformances and put in place effective corrective actions.Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to plant GMP / Internal Audits/ ISO/FSSC/BRC & Other external audits for food safety program
- Review of label artwork approval and control.
- Evaluation of new supplier raw material and approval of it.
- Prepare the evaluation report for the alternate supplier sample.
- Control distribution and verifies the quality of manual, procedures and documents.
- Halal certification processing
- With the help of QCM prepare new SOPs, New Checklist regarding validation process lines.
- Conduct training programs & seminars for plant employees, to create awareness about, personal hygiene, food handling, product quality & safety.
Qualifications and skills
- University degree, Preferred in either: Food Science, food technology, dairy technology or a related field of study.
- Postgraduate studies in Food Science, Microbiology, food technology, and Quality Assurance is a plus.
- 6 years + of experience in the food industry with similar processing.
- Very well expertise in the evaluation of wet condiments products is highly preferred.
- Customer product cutting (sensory evaluation) exposure.
- Expertise in international food safety standards and food security standards.
- FSSC, SQMS, YUM, and HALAL internal auditor certification exposure will be highly preferable.

I prioritize quality, safety, and compliance to ensure the suitability of raw materials for our production processes.
- Question: Can you explain your experience in developing and implementing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and validation process lines? Answer: I have collaborated with the Quality Control Manager (QCM) to develop new SOPs and checklists for validation processes. This involved identifying critical control points, establishing procedures, and conducting training programs for employees to ensure adherence to the new guidelines.
- Question: How do you promote awareness about personal hygiene, food handling, and product quality in a manufacturing environment? Answer: I have conducted training programs and seminars for plant employees to create awareness about personal hygiene, proper food handling techniques, and the importance of product quality and safety. By emphasizing these areas, I aim to cultivate a culture of continuous improvement and compliance within the organization.
