Job Description
- Animal Testing of QC samples for Hormones, Snake Venom Sera (SVAS), Abnormal Toxicity
- Planning resource allocation and manpower management
- Preparation of SOP, Formats, Budget for the department
- Leading a team of analysts, approving results and reports.
- Co-ordinating with purchase and administration department.
- Contribute in the implementation of GLP, GMP and other quality standards
- Maintain records, reports and raw data pertaining to QC animal studies
- Participating and developing strategies for quality control testing in animals
- Initiate programs for developing alternatives to bioassays in animals
- Contribute to the strategies for improving the animal house and QC functioning.
Competencies:
- Working knowledge of computers, MS office and MS excel
- Well versed with GLP, GMP and other Quality standards
- Good written, presentation and communication skills.
