Name of the Project – Identification of Predictive and Prognostic Signatures of Disease Progression and Growth Failure as a Major Complication in Paediatric Chronic using an Integrative Approach of 16S Metagenomics and Metabolomics Kidney Disease (CKD)

Remuneration – Rs. 54,000 plus 18 percent HRA
Essential Qualification – Ph.D. in Bioinformatics or computational biology OR Having 03 years of research, teaching, design, and development experience after a Master’s degree in bioinformatics or computational biology. At least one research paper in Science Citation Indexed (SCI) Journal.
Desirable – Ph.D. with prior experience in
- Computational (meta)genomics.
- NGS Library preparation and data analysis.
- Microbial metabolomics (Sample preparation and data analysis).
- Research experience should be visible through peer-reviewed publications.
