Name of the Project– The project will primarily involve work in Dr. Mukund Ramakrishnan as well as Dr. Vinay Bulusu’s labs. The theme of the work is associated with nutrient sensing in filamentous fungi and will involve biochemistry, microbiology as well as genetics.

Interview – The date of the interview will be informed later to the shortlisted candidates through Email. The interview will be conducted online via Google Meet.
Job Requirement – The position is available in the laboratories of Dr. Mukund Ramakrishnan and Dr. Vinay Bulusu. The focus of the project is to understand mechanisms involved in the sensing of nutrients, specifically Glucose in Neurospora crassa. Though not a requirement, prior handling and working with fungal samples will be considered as a plus point.
Essential Requirements – Candidates with a recent M.Sc. in a Life Sciences discipline/ BS/MS dual degree can apply
Fellowship/Remuneration per month (₹) – Rs. 20,000/-
