IAR JRF Job Opening – MSc, MTech Biotech & Life Sciences Apply
Applications are invited from the eligible candidates for a Junior Research Fellow (JRF) positions in a GSBTM funded project to be undertaken at the Department of Biotechnology and Bioengineering, IAR Gandhinagar. The positions are temporary, and the job offer will be initially for one year that can be extended further for two more years based on the performance and will be co-terminus with the project. If the JRF fulfils the institute criteria, admission in Ph.D. through IAR entrance may be considered. The requisite qualification & experience etc., are given below.

Position – JRF (1 Post)
Project Title – Design and Validation of miR200c AgomiR in combination with AZD2281 as an effective therapeutic strategy against drug resistant ovarian carcinomas

Salary – Rs. 36,000 including HRA 40,600 including HRA for 3rd year (NET/GATE or National level exam qualified or as per GSBTM norms)
Desirable Qualification/ Experience
- M.Sc./ M. Tech degree in Biotechnology/ Life Sciences/or Equivalent with minimum 60% marks.
- Candidate with experience in Bioinformatics, Molecular biology/ Animal handling/ Cell culture/ RNA-Seq data analysis will be preferred.
- NET/ GATE qualification is desirable.
