Advertisement for Project Associate-I position
Applications are invited for the Project Associate position in enzymatic catalysis for organic synthetic transformations, to work under the supervision of Dr Priyanka Bajaj for a period of up to 12 months. The project involves molecular biology and biochemistry for developing enzymatic catalysts for enabling small chemical transformations.

Age Limit: The age limit is 35 years as of the last date of application submission.
Essential Qualifications:
The candidate should have a strong interest in understanding enzymes and biocatalysis and have a Master’s degree with 2 years of experience; in Biotechnology/Molecular Biology (PCR/Cloning)/Biochemistry/Bio-catalysis/Synthetic Chemistry/Chemical Biology prior to taking up the appointment. Experience in organic synthesis and enzymatic catalysis will be preferred.
Salary: 1. 25000 per month plus HRA or 31000 per month plus HRA (for the candidates with GATE/NET/or any other national JRF exam
) (as per DST norms)How to Apply:
