About the job
Role Objective/Purpose of the Role
In this role, you will be a key team member supporting Global Quality Colleagues in various projects to create and maintain documentation as per Quality Management System (QMS) requirements. You will work in close partnership with Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain colleagues across the Globe leading various projects in compliance with QMS requirements to ensure a continuous supply of Amway products to customers. You will also be working with GQRC team members working on different projects and providing expertise on QMS. You will have an opportunity to connect with Quality, Regulatory and Supply Chain partners in global markets and suppliers of materials to directly contribute to project execution.
Provide scientific (technical) support
and ensure documentation and processes for the Global Quality team for quality and regulatory compliance of nutrition/cosmetic/homecare products.Education- Graduate/ Post graduate in Science or equivalent
Master’s in science – Chemistry, Biotechnology, Microbiology, Chemical Engineering, Food Technology, Pharmacy or equivalent in the regulatory field
Related Experience
- (years)-Approx. 5 years in QA/QC function in Pharma/Foods/Nutritional supplements/FMCG industry
- Certification(s) / License(s)
- Any Certification related to QMS/ISO
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and/or Related Experience:
Proficient grasp of the following core skill set or experience with:
Communication: Excellent communication skills. Talent to communicate across cultures, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
Knowledge of QMS and Regulatory Requirements: Knowledge of Quality Management systems and Government Regulations (FDA, FSSAI) applicable for Nutraceutical, Drugs & Cosmetics, and Home Care products. Knowledge of Stability studies guidelines and GMP requirements.
Team Player: Shall be a good team player and Collaborator.
Solution Oriented mindset: A person shall be detailed oriented with the ability to think critically and solve.
Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Computer skills include an ability to learn and use job-related specific applications, software, and databases. Hands-on experience in manoeuvring electronic QMS software solutions preferable PLM-Teamcenter and ETQ.
Presentation Skills: Shall have good presentation skills, and the ability to prepare power-point presentations.
Communicate Technical Information: Effectively communicating and presenting complex technical data (both verbally and written) to influence all levels and global audiences; helps others understand technical data and translate it into actionable business insights.
Managing Multiple Priorities: Ability to manage multiple concurrent objectives, projects, groups, or activities, making effective judgments as to prioritizing and time allocation.
Relationship Management: Ability to develop and maintain effective and productive relationships, including the ability to influence, negotiate and manage conflicts effectively and constructively with clients, vendors and peers
