- The applicants should hold a Ph.D. Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmacology,
Biotechnology and Life Sciences preferably, with research interests in RNA therapeutics and Diabetic Kidney Diseases.
Desirable – Candidate with experience to use primary cell culture systems and animal models in combination with high throughput RNA sequencing, ribosome-profiling, CLIP-seq, and flow cytometry methods to study how long noncoding RNAs control gene expression under normal and pathological conditions in diabetic kidney diseases. The candidate should have expertise in molecular and cellular pharmacology and epigenetics. Evidence of scientific publications is required and previous experience with RNA molecular biology and bioinformatics skills are desirable.
Fellowships – 47,000 /- p.m. + HRA (as per DBT norms)
