Project / Title – DBT GFP Project
Brief Description About the Project – To identify epigenetic mediators of placental lipid versus glucose transport in the human placenta. To delineate alterations in transplacental fuel supply in vitro downstream of epigenetically modulated perturbations in placental lips and glucose transporters.
Duration – 4 months – till 5/10/2022
Salary – As per DBT rules
Preferred Qualifications – MSc.Biotechnology/Biochemistry/Microbiology/Genetics with UGC-CSIR NET qualification
Experience – Experience with two years. Freshers also can be considered.
Roles & Responsibilities –
- In Lab- Assisting the study coordinator during experimentation.
- Collection of the sample, analysis, and data interpretation for ongoing projects.
- Basic biochemistry and molecular biology knowledge for setting up and conducting biochemical/cell/molecular biology assays.
