National Institute of Pharmaceutical Education & Research, Guwahati (NIPER-G) is an autonomous institute of national importance and the first national pharma institute in NE India set up by the Department of Pharmaceuticals, Ministry of Chemicals & Fertilizers, Govt. of India by an act of parliament, to impart high-quality Education & Research in the area of Pharmaceutical Sciences. The Institute intents to fill the following Project positions in various sponsored projects through a walk-in-interview.

1. No TA/DA will be paid to candidates attending the interview.
2. Candidates will have to report at least 30 minutes before commencing the interview.
3. Candidates are requested to bring a complete Bio-data mentioning Personal details, Educational details & Work Experience details.
4. Candidates are also requested to bring all educational qualifications mark sheets, certificates, and proper work experience certificates in original as well as a set of photocopies of all documents.

Salary – 31000/- consolidated

Essential Qualifications – Graduate in Life Science or Pharmaceutical sciences from a recognized university with three years experience or a Master’s degree in Pharmacology/ Biotechnology/Clinical Pharmacology/Biochemistry and other relevant subjects from a recognized university.

Desirable Qualifications –

• Preference will be given to the candidate having experience in clinical sample handling, clinical research, and community-related work especially to deal with tribes of NE states.
• The selected candidate is also expected to organize, manage the project work and assist day to day research work to facilitate and manage the project work.
• He/she should be an expert in blood withdrawal biological sample processing and storage.
• He/she should speak the local language Assamese.
• The selected person should be willing to travel to tribal areas.
