WALK-IN-INTERVIEW

Walk in Interview has been fixed on 30-05-2022 at 11.00 AM to fill up the purely temporary post(s) of Junior Research Fellow (one)at ICAR-Indian Institute of Oilseeds Research, Rajendranagar, Hyderabad-30 (Telangana) under DBT Project –“Exploitation of genetic and genomic resources for improvement of niger (GuizotiaabyssinicaL.F. Cass) through breeding and biotechnological tools”.

Terms & Conditions –

1. The place of posting is ICAR – IIOR.,Rajendranagar, Hyderabad workplace may be at any Research Farm of IIOR, Hyd. (Narkhodha/ ICRISAT).
2. The above position is purely temporary and co-terminus with the Project and also subject to the satisfactory performance of the incumbent. There is no provision for re-engagement after the termination of the project. The selected candidate shall not claim for regular appointment at this Institute as the fellowship.
3. Age limit as of 01-05-2022 upper age limit for men is 35 years and for women is 45 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is permissible in the case of SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates as per Govt. of India Rules applicable to the externally funded project.
4. No TA/DA and official accommodation will be provided for appearing in the Walk-in-Interview. Selected candidates have to make their own arrangements to stay at the place of work.
5. Candidates are requested to carry all original relevant documents/ certificates along with a set of attested photocopies, and photographs and duly filled in the application forms on the date of the interview. A duly filled in application form available on the IIOR website only needs to be submitted. Application forms in any other format will summarily be rejected.
6. Report from 09.30 AM to 10.30 AM on the date of walk-in-interview.
7. The decision of the Director, IIOR, Hyderabad will be final and binding in all aspects.
8. Please bring the filled in application form which may be downloaded from the IIOR website. Project name as in newspaper advertisement and the post applied for may please be mentioned on the application form.
9. Interviews will be conducted as per the COVID-19 guidelines issued by the Govt. of India and candidates are requested to take all necessary precautions wearing face masks all candidates are subject to Thermal Screening and any candidate with symptoms like cough, cold, fever etc. and those without face masks will not be allowed for an interview

Emoluments – Rs. 31,000+24% HRA/month for 1st& 2nd year; Rs. 35,000+24% HRA/month from 3rd year onward.

Essential qualification –

• M.Sc.in Plant Genetics/ Plant Breeding/ Plant Biotechnology / Botany
• NET qalified

Desirable – Experience in fieldwork, plant data recording
