Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for working in Upstream Processing and handling all Mammalian Cell Culture related work w.r.t shake flask, T-flask, spinner Flask handling for Media & Feed development.
- Accountable for planning and executing the 2L/5L Bioreactors related work like assembly preparation, Installation, execution & troubleshooting.
- Optimized Clarification from Bioreactor Harvest.
- Planning & executing media Preparation, Solution preparation & Cell culture components preparation & optimization.
- Flair knowledge of calibration & validation of Instrument & Clean Area.
- Comply with all established R&D guidelines for proper execution and documentation.
- Provide technical assistance to facilitate accurate and efficient workflow to meet the timeline.
Accountabilities & Responsibilities –
- Translate business requests into well-defined problems.
- Create analytical models/ perform analyses to address key business questions
- Drive modules of key projects, by getting initiatives into implementation, and collaborating with corresponding functions and business units for execution.
- Support coordination and execution of cross-functional review along with the Function/ Department heads.
Competencies –
- Problem Solving, Analytics, Work Structure, Management and Excellent Communication skills with the ability to summarize complex analyses into the most important points and insights.
- Flair knowledge of MS Office.
