Education – MSc ( Biotechnology – Medical) + MBA ( Marketing )
Work experience – 5 years plus in leading Molecular Diagnostic Company / DSIR Labs with commercial engagement/ Pathology Laboratory.
Description –
- Engaging with clients for smooth setting up of operations at multiple locations.
- Providing support in logistics for ensuring hardware and labware setup, implementation of Saral Test SOP’s, maintaining QC protocols, looking into regulations and ICMR advisories, booking and forwarding orders in appropriate channels.
- Soft Skills – Good communication written and verbal. Fluent in English & Hindi.

Lead Technician
Work Experience – 8 years plus in leading pathology lab ( Elisa + RT-PCR)
Job Description –
- Training of client’s technicians / QRx technicians in perfecting SaralTest product SOPs’.
- Ensuring compliance in adherence to all SaralTest SOP’s for all field executives and technicians across locations and centres.
Post III
Regulatory Manager
Education – M.pharma + MBA / 5 years experience in Industry
Job Description –
- Recommending and ensuring compliance for all SaralTest Kendras / Mobile Medical Units. Ensuring compliance in PHC/ CHC for Covid Testing with SaralTest.
- Preparing necessary dossiers ( knowledge of CDSCO mandatory, preference for process
knowledge on CE & other international agencies as well) for all SaralTest products.
Post IV
Customer Support Executive
Education – MBA from recognised institute with minimum 5 year work experience in
pharmaceutical/ molecular diagnostic sector
Profile –
- Coordinating with Customer Delivery Team on all counts of operations and logistics,
in-house and at clients end - Logging and troubleshooting customer complaints if any on SaralTest and/or any of its
supporting ware - Maintaining and managing vendor relationships for successful and timely implementation of SaralTest at multi – locations.
