Fellowship amount – Rs.28000/-PM plus 30 percent HRA (if applicable) as per the DST guidelines.
Eligibility – Post Graduate Degree in life sciences OR Graduate/Post Graduate degree in
the professional course having NET/GATE or selected through a national level examination conducted by DBT/DST/MHRD/ICMR/IIT/IISC/IISER. The candidate should have a minimum two-year research experience preferably as JRF (Eligibility criteria as per DST OM No. SR/S9/Z-09/2012 dated 21.10.2014 and SR/S9/Z-08/2018 dated 30.01.2019). However, Non NET candidates can also apply who will be paid as per their eligibility.
Experience – Candidate with experience in molecular biology and Immunological techniques and animal (mice, hamster) handling is desirable. Candidates having prior experience in working with Leptospira will be preferred.
