How to Apply –

- Applications lacking certificates in support of claims made by candidates will be rejected.
- Applications by email will not be entertained and will be treated as rejected.
The selected candidate will be encouraged to make efforts to register for PhD programme in the
institute following institutional norms. The candidates should apply in the prescribed format available on the Institute website (www.manit.ac.in) on or before 24-01-2022, along with attested photocopies of the relevant certificates. Madhya Pradesh. Call letters will be e-mailed to the respective email id after scrutiny of each application. No hard copy of the call letter will be sent. The appointment will be purely on a contract basis, the post has been created for the execution of the research project and selected candidates shall not be an employee and no claim of any benefit on that account. Appointment may be terminated at any time if performance is not satisfactory.

Emoluments – Rs. 31000/- per month + HRA as (As per applicable DST-SERB, India norms/ Institute norms).
Essential Qualification –
- M. Tech./M.Sc./M. Pharm in Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Molecular biology/
Microbiology/ Life Sciences with minimum 60% or equivalent.
Desirable Qualification – NET/GATE qualified. We are looking for fully devoted scientific manpower. This is a full-time assignment. Experimentation will involve bacterial and mammalian cell culture, gene expression studies, cloning, genetic manipulations, creating mutants, enzymatic characterization and other molecular biology and biochemical approaches. Preference will be given to the candidates having working experience in the field of mycobacterial infections and the above-mentioned techniques.
