Molecular Biology (1 post)
Key role – Includes molecular diagnostic development, next generation sequencing and process optimization
Preferred qualifications– MSc with 3+ years experience in genomics, PhD in genomics with 1+ year experience
Essential requirements– 2+ years experience in next-generation sequencing wet lab NGS library preparation, DNA QC and sequencing, assay design
Desirable requirements – Familiarity with laboratory documentation and reporting systems, assay design and standardization.

- Includes preparation and quality management of next generation sequencing and processes

Desirable requirements – Familiarity with laboratory documentation, QA/QC and reporting systems.

Essential requirements – 2+ years experience with building custom NGS analysis pipelines, proficient in R/Python (1+ yr exp), Linux (1+ yr exp), Knowledge about various databases and tools used for analyzing human / microbial genomes.
Desirable requirements– Good knowledge of Human and Population Genetics. Experience with Nanopore Analysis, Experience with pipeline orchestration tools (Nextflow/ Snakemake), Version Control tools (GitHub)
