Position – Project Associate I

No. of Posts – 01 Post

Name of the Project – “Genome sequencing of Recreto halophyte Aeluropus lagopoides (L.) trin. Ex Thw. (Poaceae)”

Age – 35 years (Project Associate-I)

*Relaxation in age/qualification as per CSIR norms.

Duration – These positions are purely temporary and co-terminus with the project tenure. It would, not confer any right/claim implicit or explicit for any candidate for claiming absorption in CSIR- CSMCRI.

Applications received by mail will be scrutinized based on certain criteria and only such shortlisted candidates as are eligible as per criteria will be asked to attend the interview using the online mode. The details of the interview will be sent to such candidates by e-mail. The interview of the shortlisted candidates is scheduled for 29th December 2021 (Wednesday) at 10.30 A.M through Skype. The selected candidates may pursue the PhD programme in AcSIR as per the guidelines.

Monthly Emoluments – Rs. 31,000+HRA/- per month for M.Sc + NET-LS/GATE and Rs. 25,000+HRA/- per month for M.Sc.

Essential qualifications –

• M.Sc. in Biotechnology/ Life Science /Botany/ Biochemistry.
• The selected candidates will work on molecular biology and biotechnology-related project activities.

Final year appearing students (M. Sc.) don’t apply.
