Applications as per the prescribed format & CV’S are invited for recruitment of the following manpower purely on a contract basis for Deployment at different locations of Marine Products Export Development Authority (MPEDA) QC Lab/ELISA Labs.

Posting At – QC / ELISA Labs (Andhra Pradesh – Bhimavaram, Nellore, Amalapuram,
Kakinada, Bapatla, Ongole &Machilipatnam) (West Bengal Kolkata, Haroa & Contai),(Gujarat Porbandar & Valsad),(Tamil Nadu – Nagapattinam & Pattukottai), (Odisha Bhubaneswar & Balasore

) (Kerala Kochi)

Age Limit – 25 years

Period of Service – 1 Year (which is likely to be Extended)

How to Apply

Note

Weightage will be given to those candidates who have

1. Analyst: Experience in Extraction of samples and Analysis of Residues in food/fish &
   fishery products.
2. Sampler: Shall own a motorcycle with a valid driving license and fluent in Local language.
3. The sampler is eligible for TA /DA as per MPEDA norms when he goes out for sample
   collection.
4. Lab Attendant: Working with the same profession in a similar Organization.
5. Candidates who already worked in MPEDA Labs need not apply.

SELECTION PROCEDURE

Initial Screening of cv’s received will be done. Later eligible candidates are allowed for the
registration process.

Selection of the candidates will be done as under:

A. Procedure for selecting the candidate: Application & Curriculum Vitae Evaluation +supportive
documents verification +Written test+ Personal Interview
B. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for Online /Offline interviews.
C. Candidates are advised to fill the BECIL Application Form Enclosed with this notification, with proper details such as correct email id, contact numbers and postal addresses, qualification, experience etc indicated in the application form as all correspondence will be made by the BECIL through e-mail only.

General Conditions –

1. Only Indian Nationals are eligible to apply.
2. Fixed Remuneration inclusive of professional tax/income tax and statutory deductions such as EPF/ESI will be deducted as per rules.
3. Age, Qualifications and Experiences stipulated above should be as of 31st of November 2021
4. BECIL reserves the right to increase/decrease the number of vacancies advertised as per the need or cancel the recruitment of a particular post or cancel the advertisement itself without any notice.
5. BECIL reserves the right to fill or not to fill the posts and mere fulfilment of qualifications and other requirements laid down does not entitle a candidate to be called for an Interview.
6. BECIL reserves the right to increase/decrease the minimum eligibility criteria, etc. in order to restrict the number of candidates to be called for the selection process.

Consolidated Remuneration (Rs) – 18,000/-

Minimum Qualification – M Sc in / Bio Analytical Science / Bio-Chemistry / Industrial Biotechnology / Biotechnology. (Fulltime course from a Recognized University)

Minimum Experience – 6 Months
