Name of Post: Project Assistant-1 / JRF

Name of Project: “An integrated biorefinery approach for production of sustainable
biofuel and bioproducts from microalgae combined with wastewater treatment and flue gas CO2 fixation”
Funding Agency: DBT
Duration: Initially One year (extendable based on performance and availability of funds)
Age: Not more than 28 years (age relaxation for SC/ST/OBC and women candidates as per Govt. of India/DBT’s instruction.

Essential Qualifications:
- M. Sc or M. Tech in Biotechnology/ Botany/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology or related Life science disciplines with minimum 55% marks or equivalent (CGPA) from recognized University.
- Candidates with prior research experience in algae/ microalgae cultivation will be preferred. In addition, the candidate should have strong writing and communication skills.
