Walk-in-interview for the post of Molecular Biologist and Laboratory Technician for the establishment of RT-PCR Laboratory at District Hospital, Alipurduar
In connection with the G.O. No. HF/O/MERT/ 527/HFW -45023( 13 )/ 6/2021-CMOH(HFW), Dated, the 7th June 2021 of the Special Secretary, MERT Branch, Department of Health & Family Welfare, Government of West Bengal, interested qualified applicants are invited to appear in the Walk-in-Interview Board on 24th June 2021 at 12:00 NOON at the Office of the Chief Medical Officer of Health, Alipurduar, Matrisadan Building, 1st Floor, New Alipurduar, Ward No-XVI, DistAlipurduar, Pin: 736121, for the engagement of following posts on a totally temporary basis for a duration of 03 (three) months only in the District Hospital, Alipurduar, RT-PCR Laboratory for COVID 19 testing.

How to Apply & Important Information for the Candidate:
- Filled application (in prescribed format).
- Admit Card as well as Mark Sheet of Madhyamik Examination or Equivalent.
- Mark Sheet of Higher Secondary or comparable.
- All Mark Sheets (Semester/Year wise) of Master Degree in Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/ Biotechnology from any kind of recognized University for the post of Molecular Biologist.
- All Mark Sheets (Semester/Year wise) of Graduate in Medical Laboratory Technology or Diploma in Medical Laboratory Technology from any type of recognized Institution for the post of Laboratory Technician.
- Photocopy of Voter card/ Aadhaar card/ other address proof.,.
- No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates for the selection test/interview.
- Self-attested current 02 (2) copies passport size picture to be pasted one in application form another copy passport size photo at the time of interview.
- Carry original documents along with a self-attested photocopy of all required documents as per post criteria.
- Registration time 10:00 AM to 12:00 NOON. The applicants who will certainly appear after 12:00 Noon should not be eligible for registration.
- Any kind of omission/suppression of info shall lead to rejection of application or candidature at any kind of stage of the process without further intimation. The conditions so prescribed shall not be relaxed.
- The decision of the Board/ Authority will certainly be final regarding the selection of the candidates
- 40 years or less as of 01.06.2021 with relaxation for SC/ ST/ 08C applicants according to Govt. norms.

Remuneration: Rs. 40,000 per month consolidated.
Essential Qualification:
- Master degree in Molecular Biology/ Biochemistry/ Microbiology/Biotechnology from any recognized university.
- Experience in working in Virology Laboratory and/or handling RT-PCR machines In any recognized institute/ Laboratory would be favoured.
