Duration of the project: Three years

Principal Investigator: Prof. Sumit Biswas

Co-Principal Investigator: Dr Malabika Biswas

A broad area of Research: Molecular Biology and Zoology

Fellowship Amount (Rs.):

1. Project Associate: Rs. 31,000 per month plus 16 percent HRA
2. Project Assistant: Rs. 20,000 each month plus 16 percent HRA

Essential Qualifications:

• Position1: Masters in Biochemistry/Molecular Biology/Biotechnology/Biological Sciences/Zoology with previous knowledge of handling live specimens. Knowledge of RNA handling and also allied methods would be an added advantage.
• Position 2: Masters in Life Sciences/Allied Discipline.

The selected applicant will certainly get a chance to make an application for the PhD degree at BITS Pilani, K. K. Birla Goa Campus (Rules of the PhD program for BITS Pilani are applicable).
