Duration: This post is purely on contract basis

How to Apply:

1. This engagement is purely contractual and also co-terminable with the project.
2. The engagement will certainly be for a period of six months originally only. It can be extended only based upon the satisfactory performance of the applicant. The extension would be 6 months till the project ends (3 years) whichever is earlier than the date of joining.
3. The chosen applicants will have no claim for regular appointment.
4. In case of unsatisfactory performance of the candidate, the contract can be ended by the Institute at any time by giving one month notice period or immediately by paying one-month remuneration in lieu of the notification duration.
5. Details of admissible leaves throughout contract duration, only two and half casual leaves admissible monthly, no other kind of leave will certainly be admissible including maternity leave, earned leave, medical leave, study leave etc.
6. No TA/DA will be paid for attending the interview.
7. Mere fulfilling the essential qualification/experience does not ensure selection.
8. Residential accommodation in the institute campus will certainly not be provided.
9. No HRA will be paid (For MTS staff).

The candidate must appear for an interview along with Bio-Data, self-attested copies of educational qualifications & experience certificates and 2 passport size photographs. Essential Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology/Biotechnology from a recognized institution/ university with 3 years of Work experience of research/teaching and design & development experience with at least one research paper in a citation indexed journal.

Desirable Qualification: Experience of working in Mycology techniques including sample processing, culture methodology, media preparation, drug susceptibility testing, computer knowledge with extensive use of MS office, stats, scientific writing, patient interaction.

Fellowship: Consolidated Rs. 47000/- monthly plus HRA (at 24 percent).
