Extremely motivated and eligible applicants are welcomed to apply for the JRF position (Leading to PhD) at the ICMR-National Institute of Nutrition, Hyderabad. Interested candidates can send their CV’s together with the soft copies of certificates of educational qualifications and JRF certification in PDF format to the Principal Investigator, Dr Ayesha Ismail, Scientist ‘E’ by e-mail ([email protected]). The last date for receiving applications is May 17th, 2021 till 5:00 pm. Short-listed applicants will be called for personal interview/discussion with the Principal Investigator/Academic Council of NIN.
The candidates should
bring all original certificates of educational qualifications, ICMR/CSIR/DST/ DBT-NET JRF-fellowship qualified letter as well as caste certificate together with a set of photo copies of the same and a latest passport size photo as well as complete bio-data while attending the personal discussion/interview.General Conditions: ICMR/CSIR/DST/ DBT Fellowship Rules apply for the above JRF position. The chosen applicant will certainly have no right to claim any regular employment at this Institute.
Stipend: As per rules of ICMR/CSIR/DBT/ DST/UGC.
Areas of research: Role of Vitamin D in classical as well as non-classical target tissues; Nutrition and also cancer.
Essential qualification: 1st Class M.Sc. in Biochemistry/Life Sciences/Nutrition (from a recognized university) qualified with ICMR/CSIR/UGC/ DST/DBT-NET JRF examination with JRF FELLOWSHIP ONLY. APPLICANTS QUALIFIED FOR NET FOR PROJECT JRF OR LECTURESHIP ARE NOT ELIGIBLE TO APPLY.
