Name of the Project: “Development of layered double hydroxide (LDH) nanoclays for topical delivery of RNAi for sustained protection of economically important plants against pest attack”
Age Limit: Upper age limit maximum of 28 years at the time of application. Relaxation according to GoI rules.
Period: Appointment will certainly be originally for a duration of 01 (one year), which might be extended till completion of the project depending upon satisfactory performance of the incumbent and status of the project or till further order, whichever is earlier.

Salary:
- 31,000.00 plus HRA per month, for the applicants, who have qualified CSIR UGC NET/GATE or equal.
- For others, that do not fall under (i) is according to DST guidelines.
Essential qualification: M.Sc. in Life Sciences/Biotechnology/ Botany/Agriculture with 55% marks.
Preferable: Applicants must have a passion for performing interdisciplinary research. Candidates having hands-on experience in plant molecular biology associated works will be favoured.
