Job Context: To analyze the microbiology samples of all materials and also to maintain Good microbiology practices. Need to have knowledge of handling instruments like Autoclave, Air sampler, Compressed Air sample.

Challenges:

• Maintaining compliance levels in microbiology programs.
• Promoting advanced aseptic processing technologies within the organizations.
• Increasing microbial testing productivity, flexibility, and also cost-effectiveness.
• Implementing rapid microbial methods.
• Setting microbial requirements that take into account the analytical capabilities of the test methods.

Accountabilities:

Scope of work:

Analysis

• In charge of various sampling analysis of RM/ Water samples/ Swab samples/
• Compressed Air Monitoring/ Microbial load in production areas.
• MLT Validation.
• Investigation of deviations, incidents and also OOS.

Documentation

• Recording of Analytical data.
• Prep work of worksheets for RM/ Finished products/ Water samples/ Swab Samples.

Area maintenance

• To guarantee proper storage and also the destruction of samples after testing.
• Validation/ calibration of Instruments, equipments etc.
• Investigation of deviations, incidents as well as OOS.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

• Education Qualification (Highest) with target Institution(s): M.Sc. (Microbiology).
• Experience Range: 4-5 years.
• No. of years post-Highest Qualification: 4-5 years.
• Desirable Experience: 4-5 Years of experience in microbiology analysis in a regulated and reputed Pharmaceutical unit.

SKILLS REQUIRED

Skills:

Functional Skills (Functional Expert.)

• Analytical skills according to different Pharmacopoeia Methods.
• Exposure to method Validation is essential.
• A good foundation in statistical lab testing methodologies.

Behavioural Skills: (Working Knowledge)

• Having good analytical skills.
• An eye for detail.
• Persistence and also result-oriented.
• Communication & social skills.
