Job Summary for Avantor Job:
Associate – R&D will be responsible for the preparation of buffers as well as GNP’s. The associate will be responsible for Water analysis for regular work, Instruments calibrations/ temp entry etc, RCT assembling, cutting as well as cossetting, RCT as well as ELISA testing, Specimen collection from laboratories/ hospitals, Sample Panel bank maintenance. The incumbent will be responsible for helping Assistant Managers as well as above for R&D work as well as perform clinical validation/ evaluation of existing/ brand-new products
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Development of various Immunodiagnostic products mainly ELISA as well as rapid card assay. Development of various protein expression and also purification strategies.
DEPARTMENT SPECIFIC/ON-GOING FUNCTIONS:
Helping in the R&D projects for procedure optimization, clinical trials, technological troubleshooting, documentation. Technical as well as scientific support of R&D in related activities. AUTHORITIES (if applicable).
Authorize to calibrate pH
meter and also weighing balance. To load the Logbooks of R&D according to activities.CORE COMPETENCY- Technical Skills:
Exposure in life science/ pharma or chemical wet laboratory for at the very least 1 year Knowledge of in In-vitro Diagnostics field would be favoured. Innovative as well as creative thinking Other Abilities.
