Name of the Project: “Case-control study to assess the risk factors associated with the occurrence of pulmonary Mucormycosis in Diabetes Mellitus”
Age Limitation: Below 30 years (5 years relaxation in case of SC/ST/OBC/ PH/Women candidates).
Duration: This project post is simply on contract basis for up to one year, or until completion of the project, as well as those selected will have no claim for regular appointment under ICMR or PGIMER or any other project.

Nature of duty: Overall coordination for effective implementation of the project at respective study site/s, preparation of SOPs and also strategies of implementation, Coordination with officials and local leaders at respective study areas, Supportive supervision and also monitoring of the implementation of study procedures, proper packing and transportation of the sample to the lab, coordinate the patient travel to PGIMER Chandigarh, periodic submission of reports, enter the data in the computer as well as assist in obtaining necessary administrative as well as financial approvals. Laboratory work at the department of immunology and microbiology would certainly also be required from time to time, as suggested by the project investigators.
Remuneration: Based on the current ICMR standards (currently Rs. 35,960 per month fixed).
